Refund policy
At Blañce, each piece is crafted with precision and intention. We encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order. However, if something isn’t right, we are here to assist within the below guidelines.
How do I return my order?
Please process your Return and Exchange through one of the below options:
- Login to your account through account.blance.ae and request a return or an exchange.
- Mention the size or the item that you would like to exchange in the blank form.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Any item showing signs of wear, scent, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Bank refunds may take 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
- Store credit is issued within 24 hours and remains valid for 6 months.

We recommend choosing store credit for faster processing and priority access to restocks.
Return Fee Structure:
- Returns shipping within UAE is free of charge.
- Orders below 500 AED: Delivery is paid by the customer. Returns are free of charge.
- Orders above 500 AED: A 25 AED return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original delivery fees are non refundable.
- Orders above 500 AED qualify for complimentary delivery. If returned items bring the retained order value below 500 AED, a 25 AED delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
PAYMENT METHOD POLICY
- Orders paid via Tabby, Cash on Delivery, or store credit are refunded as store credit only.
- Card payments are refunded to the original payment method, subject to the return fee policy above.
EXCHANGES
- One complimentary exchange is offered for UAE orders.
- Additional exchanges within the same order are charged 25 AED.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- During promotional periods, exchange policies may be adjusted.
MULTI BUY OFFERS
If an order qualified for a multi buy offer and part of the order is returned, the remaining items will be recalculated at full price and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
UNFINISHED HEM POLICY
- Our chinos are delivered with unfinished hems to allow precise tailoring.
- Once tailored or altered, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
GCC RETURNS & CUSTOMS
- Return shipping within GCC is charged 50 AED.
- GCC exchanges require returning the original order and placing a new order.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees paid by the customer are non refundable.
- Blañce is not responsible for customs charges applied by destination countries.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Blañce reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions.
